You may be aware that the current arrangement your pharmacies have in place for the delivery of Supervised Consumption and Needle Exchange Services will expire on 31st October 2017. CGL Coventry have been appointed to deliver the new Integrated Substance Misuse and Alcohol Services across Coventry and have sub-contracted the management of Pharmacy Services to Lloyds Pharmacy Ltd, with effect from the 1st November 2017.
Any pharmacy currently delivering either the Supervised Consumption and/or Needle Exchange services will be issued a new contract and specification in due course, to commence 1st November 2017.
Lloyds will be using PharmOutcomes for data capture and invoice generation. They will also be including the CPPE Declaration of Competence (DoC) for substance use and misuse and needle exchange as a requirement to deliver the services.
There will be an engagement evening on the 18th October, from 7pm – 9pm, held at Citrus Hotel Coventry by Compass Hospitality, A45 London Rd, Ryton on Dunsmore, Warwickshire, Coventry CV8 3DY. This will be your chance to find out some more information on the new contract, as well as ask any questions you have about CGL and / or LloydsPharmacy.
