Stoma Appliance Customisation

The Stoma Appliance Customisation (SAC) ensures the patient uses their appliance correctly and it fits comfortably.


How we do it?

OUR PROCESS


Community Pharmacists must complete a 4 year Master’s Degree at University, a further year of ‘on-the-job’ training, followed by a professional registration exam before they can register to practice with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

As highly skilled healthcare professionals who are easily accessible in local communities and on the ‘High Street’, Pharmacists provide a number of additional NHS services commissioned at a National level.

All services are provided following additional comprehensive training and in line with robust Standard Operating Procedures

Our Pharmacies and Pharmacists are all regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Allergy screening and testing can be used to identify allergens which may be causing symptoms such as skin reactions, diarrhoea and cramping, itching and sneezing. Some pharmacies are able to offer simple allergen testing services.
